Makro lies & blameshifts!

They advertise a product (a generator for R6990). I pay on 26 Dec for this online purchase. Hear nothing for 10 days. Delivery day passes, and still nothing. I follow up, only to be ultimately be informed the product is unavailable due to issues at the supplier. I contact the supplier Gentech who verify the generator is in their warehouse waiting to be collected by the logistics company/courier. It even had my name and the Makro shipping number on it. I contacted Makro again and escalated this issue. Eventually they tell me I will be refunded and the order has been cancelled. Since then I see it re-advertised on their website for R8999. Blatant lies by Makro, and blame shifting. Zero customer focus.
