Makro- Liers and ****mers
I've been waiting for a paid and packed order which was packed on 12 December, I've been phoning everyday and they keep saying they're waiting for courier. This is unacceptable. They keep promising to deliver before Christmas. Every time I phone they say it's been escalated and marked as urgent. They promised to phone back yesterday with an answer. Again no feedback. Today I will stay on that call until a manager sorts this nonsense.
Also paid a order on Monday 18 December. Money went off on my bank and still says awaiting payment on their side. Phoned them everyday just to hear more lies that they received my POP and will allocate the money. I'm tired of their lies and excuses. Terrible store!

The money is still not allocated to my order and absolutely no communication from Makro. Your finance department gets paid to sit around and NOT work. Shocking how a reputable group like Masmart has such a bad reputation in SA.
