Makro LIE ONCE AGAIN

So after 2 weeks of waiting for a response,Makro Sa Bloemfontein decided to tell me that the product that I want to exchange,is apparently STILL in good condition. (As if Im an Idiot)

This Markro person emailed me and told them that their Tevo manager assessed the product and found nothing wrong?

FIRSTLY nobody even looked at the product it was in my hands the whole time I stood waiting for them, to call their reginal manager ,who just dismissed me without listening to me.

SECONDLY I want to request the video footage to prove that this Tevo manager did NOTHING to assist me.

I want people to know that Makro Bloemfontein LIE about their guarantees on this product, and when I tell them that I only had it for 1 year and that there is a 3 year guarantee, they MAKE UP SOMETHING like "the tevo manager assessed the product"

I am so disguised by their lying. Why cant they just give me my exchange? I was promised a 3 year guarantee! My Product DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE! WHAT DONT THEY UNDERSTAND. WHO ARE THEY TO TELL ME ITS STILL IN "GOOD" CONDITION
