Makro, leave online shopping to the experts

Im in Jhb, I ordered a laptop online for my niece for delivery in Cape Town on the 03/01 as schools were opening 11/01.

For 3 days, Makro keeps despatching it to couriers here in Jhb. For 3 days, I get calls, SMS’s from WumDrop asking my location and everytime I ask them to READ the address and area code which reads 7441.

School has started, NO laptop and I cant cancel. The Makro online customer care team in Woodmead cant help me, Im requesting a cancellation so I can buy it elsewhere in Cape Town. Im desperate and livid.
