MAKRO - LATE/NO DELIVERY

I purchased and paid for in full for a Samsung Washing Machine yesterday around 12h00 from Makro Pietermaritzburg. We asked for and paid for delivery at the store and after informing the store that it is required urgently, 27 Hours later and it has not yet been delivered. I had to call the store upon which I have received various excuses, none of which help my current situation. They still have no idea when or what time delivery will take place.
