MAKRO lacking customer service

My Samsung tv was under extended warranty, policy number ***1. I called MAKRO and arrangements were made for a technician to have a look at the tv. On Monday 21/10/24 the guy arrived from Master Visual Technologies and took pictures and advised me that he will submit the pictures so that i will be refunded. So the following day Master Visual came to my house without any arrangements and i was not home so they left and called to make arrangements for 23/10/24. So now the tv was taken away(job no. ***) so i called today 25/10/24. Master visual advised that the tv is still under "TEST" and they do not know how long this will take. I then called Makro Amanzimtoti and was told that items under extended warranty can take 6 weeks to be sorted out. So it is clear that the customer has to constantly follow up with their repairer. How does it take up to 6 weeks to repair a tv? Makro should be following up and making sure that customers get quick and efficient service, especially if the repairer is chosen by them.

i was called by Makro. They told me that according to the warranty document, 4-6 weeks is the time frame for repairs. I have the policy document and it does not mention 4-6 weeks. PAT NAIDOO is the regional manager and i need this manager to call me urgently cos the staff at MAKRO keep talking about the policy but cannot show me where it states 4-6 weeks
