Makro lack of response for delivery

I have ordered 2 cases of wine from Makro which were tried to be delivered last Saturday but the courier was sent back as the delivery address is a business which was closed this week only 1 case of wine was successfully delivered but can't get them to send the other case. I have complained 4 times to no success.It is quite a big order worth over R2k
