Makro lack of delivery and accountability

I ordered some groceries, case of beer and a whisky on the 10 October 2023. Two days later I received my groceries. Sunday afternoon at 4pm they delivered my beer unannounced and leaking. 1 can was actually empty and no whisky. For just short of 2 weeks I phoned and emailed almost everyday and the same response, “it has been escalated”. Finely on the 27 October, they delivered the new beer and I still have no whisky. I called and they told me on their system it has been delivered so there is not much they can do. So for anyone wanted to use makro online, there is no one that actually has any authority to make any executive decision and no customer service.
