Makro - La Signature 27 piece Cast iron pot set

So I have purchased a La Signature 27piece cast iron pot set from Macro online The pots received is perfect no problem at all I am happy.

My problem is I cannot return the knife and utensils set that comes with it, it is of such poor quality there is no ways you can use it total paid R1180 and to bye the pots on its own it is currently R720, thus i have paid R460 for utensils that never can be used.

I have contacted Makro via WhatsApp and was told because I have discarded of the boxes of the pots I can not return it, but mind you I have the original packaging with the utensils still and its all I am not happy with. Makro I feel needs to come to the table as it is an item of inferior quality they are selling to customers.

Also I fall in my fault for not checking everything on day one when I received it and only opened the utensils box 2 days later.

I feel Makro should be able to meet a customer as it is them selling this inferior poor quality to us as customers....Which they just don't care they have your money already.

PS. this is a warning to others make sure u are happy before you get rid of packaging as these big companies just don't care plain and simple all they say is sorry (Apologies regarding that) and you must just accept it.
