I would like to celebrate and acknowledge the customer experience journey I had in your store, it was amazing, refreshing. I was in the que to return a Genesis iron when Kwanele Madotyeni, from your Ottery cape town branch, approached me. He noticed I was in que with his product and asked me if he could assist. I explained that I purchased the iron the day before but it doesn’t work, without question he said that he would handle it. He ushered me to a teller to print my receipt and complete a voucher, while he fetched me a replacement. In no time was he back and plugged it in to give me peace of mind that this replacement is working, He then ushered me to the check out till, WOW! Amazing service! This is what you call Delighting a customer, I didn’t even ask for it. I was out in under 7 minutes, which was great since I still had to pick up my son from school. This happened while your store experienced Load shedding and the generators kicked in. You are doing something right! Please acknowledge Kwanele for being a brand ambassador, may others in your business and outside also have this passion.
