Makro Knowingly Selling Equipments That Are Not Working.

Today I bought a ColdAir industrial fan at Makro in Galleria mall, and when I got home it is not working, and I feel like they knew that it was not working as when I was leaving the store the cashiers were talking about it but I thought they were just admiring it. The box was opened and completely unsealed. This is just so disheartening as this is a big item, I had to hire a car to get it delivered to my home only to find out that I’m hiring a car for something that is completely useless, now I will have to hire another car to return it back to the store and I don’t have money to do that nor the time.
