Makro KIC faulty fridge

I bought a KIC fridge on the 27th of January , they delivered it on the 29th. It has never cooled since its arrival. I went to the store on the 3rd of February to request a new one or send someone to see what's wrong they said they will get back to me before end of the week but nothing was done. I called on the 7th for an update and the person who was supposed to come check it didn't get any infor from the store and promised to get back to me the following me. But that didn't happen I then went to the store again on 9th and I was promised a new to be delivered yesterday or atleast have an update but no one has contacted me yet again. It's been 3 weeks now no fridge and i didint but with credit. This is now my worse nightmare ever.
