Makro keeps the item returned AND my money

I returned 3 blankets on the 22nd of April, unused, unfolded and packaged as I received them. I have only been refunded on two of the blankets. Since the 29th of April, I have spoken to and/or emailed 6 different people namely Ayanda, Boiphelo, Zanele, Lungile, Melusi and Nandipha, left a complaint on Makros Instagram and sent about 8 emails begging for my refund or at least returning the blanket. Nobody is bothered to do anything about it and all I get are reference numbers but nothing gets resolved. It seems Makro has decided to keep both, the blanket AND my money. This is nothing short of dishonesty and thievery. I wish I had read the reviews on Makros ********* business dealings before buying anything from them online.
