Makro keeping my refund for over a month after taking the item.

Been fighting with Makro online for more than a month to get my refund from an online purchase. They came and picked up the item and sent it back to the actual seller. Now I hear nothing and every time I call a follow up it’s a different story and they going to escalate.

I can’t believe a brand so big can just ***** someone’s money and think it will just go unnoticed.

I will do what I can to make sure nobody uses Makros online shopping experience ever again.
