Makro - Karabo Call Centre Agent that reports to Busi finally put the nail on the coffin

A few minutes ago I got off the line with a Makro Call Centre Agent called Karabo who reports to Busi in the Call Centre.What a appalling disgusting exchange.She was so lazy and argumentative that she completely lost the plot and found it difficult to see positive solutions.I took me to raise my voice to make it clear as I was becoming extremely agitated with her lazy behaviour.So much so that she said I am attacking her.Truth is bitter.It’s a nightmare dealing with frontline as well as backline support I have now discovered.Leaving us Makro clients with little choice because they are always selling us products that are defective.I’m done.I think Game and other wholesale dealers deserves a taste of our hard earned money for a change.Since they do not appreciate and value our contribution but is rather threaten as a nuisance and an annoyance.
