Makro just mayhem

I have repeatedly struggled with Makro and their delivery partner wumdrop - their customer service is non existent and when you call the help line they simply lie - they tell you its been escalated but when you call back nothing has been done its a complete shambles - not worth the frustration I have stuck it out because of using discovery miles but I will never shop online with Makro again I urge you not do so as well
