Makro is worse than a ****a shop

I wish I had read reviews before ordering from Makro.I ordered a pack of floor tiles labeled 1pack MAK***.It had 4tiles each tile @R65 so I paid R260 for the 4.I returned the order & expected R260 refund instead I got R65 refund.I have sent numerous emails,calls, whatsapps but Makro won't refund me my R195 , the agents keep telling we refunded your R65 disregarding that it should have been R260. Today I emailed them pictures of original order & invoice ***5 beyond this I don't know what to do.While waiting & trusting I'd get this refund I ordered MAK*** , 2×Hyaluronic Acid face wash @R35 each on promo , only 1 was delivered , I queried this as well , they're everyday escalating.I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE INCASE I LOSE BIG MONEY.The money & time I've wasted on calls & emails is well over R230 already.
