Makro is very tardy in refunding faulty items purchased online

Makro is terrible at refunding faulty purchases bought on their website. The were super fast to collect said item, but to refund my money has taken ages. They also don't respond to inquiries regarding the refund.

Also, when I unboxed the item I has a suspicion that I was sent a refurnished item because of the way it was packed. But I gave Makro the benefit of the doubt, just to be proven wrong. We as consumers should be told when we are sent refurbished items.

There is also no reason why a refund from a large retailer, like Makro, should take this long.

Be aware when making online purchases from Makro, especially with Cyber Monday just around the corner.
