Makro is very bad don't order online is **** thier call centres are useless

I placed an order on 22 August 2026, was expecting a delivery 26 Aug. Nothing,no explanation, Makro is useless 🏒😭😭😭the call centre agent wake up in morning to work but don't understand their impact on customers ,they will only transfer you to relevant Dept or manager that doesn't exist because 😭,you will hold until u drop or airtime finishes,I mean the whole week,daily I will 6 times, no one called me back, I called the supplier which is light glow and they confirmed the had been ready to be collected but Makro says nothing, am frustrated Nd I feel like ,only if I was white my query would sorted, what he'll is this Makro thinks is big brand and they don't care of their customers 🤔 this sucks 😞 just wait and see
