Makro is useless with that many staff members standing around you think the service would be epic! Wrong a bunch of clowns standing around and getting paid for it! Absolutely useless!!!!

To be honest, your online staff are useless, clueless, and the most pathetic people I have come across. An obese chicken could do the work better! You call 10 times, and either there is no answer or it rings forever! They can't do their jobs I had to explain to them how passing store credit from CTN to Strubensvalley works; they are absolutely USELESS! Their attitudes stink and they can't handle the work they were paid to do! And after calling 100 times and finally getting Cape Town to sort out the admin, you get to the stores and it's a f'ing jol there, laughing and joking, standing outside smoking, not helpful, but the phones can't be answered????? Absolutely pathetic. I will never order from Makro again. I don't care if you sell a product I need for free. I won't be supporting an ********* company such as yours!!!!!!!! (And I have video proof and screenshots to go with it.) It's not rocket science!!
