Makro is useless!!!

I ordered and paid on the 18th of October 2022 a carpet protector from Makro Online. They delivered it at the wrong address (not even in the same province). After waiting another week, it was delivered, but it was broken. Since the 25th of October I send 17 mails, made 6 calls and at this stage Makro does not even reply anymore on my enquiries. I will never ever support Makro again - this is total unacceptable and they are not worthy to be in business!
