Makro is useless

Makro is the most useless online shopping store in South Africa. Order placed on the 30th June. Updates leading to the 9th of July. Out for delivery on the 9th of July. Cancelled on the very same day, refund processing for the 23rd of July. Absolutely useless. Its happened to me before. Went to the lengthy process of going to the ombudsman. They clearly have no care in the world. Money means a lot. Customer service means nothing! Won't make the same mistake of second chances with this company
