Makro is useless and their support are even worse

I ordered a bicycle from Marko in December 2024, and they confirmed that it will be delivered by Saturday, 21 December 2024. It was never delivered. After I contacted them numerous times, I received an e-mail from them on 2 January 2025 to inform me that they have cancelled my order and will refund me. I then proceeded to buy this item from another company. Today (8 January 2024), I received an e-mail from Makro to inform me that they have packed my item, and it will be handed over to their courier for delivery.

What are you people smoking? You cancelled the order, not me!! I don't want your stuff anymore.
