Makro is useless.

I placed an order yesterday for 2 laptops as our current ones have been ****** (07-04-2021). Called the call centre today to ask if they could please urgently assist with getting the order ready for collection sooner (its 2 x laptops, not sure how hard it could be to pick it from the shelves but nevertheless). Was told by staff that there is no way to speed up the order process and i can collect on Monday / Tuesday. I guess in the interim my business can close cause Makro doesnt give a ****. Hell i could go and pick the order myself , the items weigh 3 kg's each but perhaps too heavy for Makro employees and all the bureaucracy to actually help a customer. I guess this ties in with why SA is going to the dogs, anything above and beyond cannot be done. Thanks for nothing Makro.
