MAKRO IS USELESS

I placed an order online on the 28 September 2023. The order status showed processing up till today. I canceled the order 2 weeks later and it's a month later and I still have not received my refund. When calling the call center no one knows what they doing. Every time I ask for a manager to call back, they never do. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and I do not ever want to order online from Makro. They are completely useless and do not know how to do there jobs.
