Makro is useless

So it's icredibly hot, my fan broke. I order another one from their online store as you can't get 90% of their stock from the actual store, anything in the store is just there to rip you off. I get told 2-5 working days. 7 working days later I can finally get someone to respond to me. What do I hear? They can't supply it as they have no stock.

How useless are these people that they can't even keep stock levels? At the end of the day, I will never be using marko online ever again to order stuff. Takealot actualy delivers what you order. So much for Makro's management saying they want to turn the website into a massive online store. These people are useless.
