Makro is useless
I purchased a washing machine from makro last year April. The machine broke within the first few months and I waited for ever for them to come repair it. Now the machine is playing up I've lodged a complaint over a week ago with no reaponse. When I call makro they tell me the fault is not on there side but with the manufacturer candy. Yet I purchased and did all dealings with makro. Its sad that big companies such as makro no longer care about customer satisfaction. I've now had to send all my washing for dry cleaning at an additional cost to myself.

Makro still has not even bothered to attempt to sort this issue out instead rather send meaningless generic messages.
Absolutely disgusting the service from such a company.
I will never ever use makro again and urge all people to do the same.
