Makro is useless

Ordered a gas stove online on 1 September '22. ETA was between 2 and 5 days... 7 Sept was told that it was at Dawnwing couriers... 8 Sept was told the parcel was damaged but another was sent... Since then still being promised everyday that it would be delivered the same day with no luck and no response... Who can help?
