Makro is USELESS!!!

Makro is useless!!! I ordered a guillotine from them on 3 April, but when it arrived I realised it was the wrong size and so I logged the return the day after it was delivered so I could buy a bigger one. It's been over a month and they still haven't fetched the item. When I call them they just say it's been escalated, but no one calls me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and still nothing. They haven't called me once regarding this order, and they don't respond to emails either. Precious Motha just sent me a feedback regarding the ticket they opened, but never once investigated to see if it was resolved. I gave negative feedback on it, but still no attempt to contact me to resolve the matter.

I'm so disgusted by their service - I will be taking them to the Consumer Council bc they are actively violating my consumer rights and couldn't care less!!! Watch them reply to this message to save face, but they still won't try to resolve my problem. Makro is useless!!! I'm so disgusted.
