Makro is USELESS!!

If there were no stars I would use that option! Purchased extended warranty and when its time to use it the company Panaserv that Makro chooses to do its repairs is totally pathetic!! Initially they made contact and that was all from their side. I have had to make all the other correspondence with them regarding the repairs to my unit, Samsung washer / dryer. I have had excuses like our driver was not well and we cannot fetch the unit. You are running a business ,make other plans, others do. After alot of fighting and unnecessary calls from my side the unit was fetched on Saturday, 18 June as an 'emergency', could that not have been done in the first place?!! 1 week wasted with these people, ridiculous!

Until now, 30 June 2022 I have made 95% of calls to Panaserv and they are still awaiting the part from the supplier, God knows when that will be. In the meantime, I have ben pleasantly carting loads of laundry to and from laundry places at my own expense. Absolutely pathetic service delivery!!! People dont buy extended warranty from Makro, it is not worth the trouble at all , they are useless! I have also contacted the national call centre many times but as I logged this repair with the store they could not really help me. I thought National call centre means that all stores in SA are seen to, guess not.

Maybe if I am really lucky someone will contact me after this review...
