Makro is unreliable and unprofessional ,bad customer service☹️

Don't ever order anything online from makro,they are so dishonest and unprofessional ☹️, i made 2 orders on makro on the 30th of December 2024 which was supposed to be delivered on the 4th of January 2025,my order has not been delivered till today and they didn't care to update or contact which is very terrible and unprofessional
