Makro is unreliable and unprofessional.

I ordered a heater on 29 May and I waited 3 weeks for it, they eventually delivered an incorrect heater which is far less than what I paid for. I cancelled my order and I'm still waiting for their courier to come and collect the incorrect item for the past 2 weeks. I have been calling and emailing them and they don't respond, even their complaints department doesn't respond. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
