Makro is unreliable

I ordered ps4 controllers on the 3rd of March that was supposed to be delivered the 10th of March... The 10th nothing arrived nor has any updates been made online, Ive been calling and emailing with lots of excuses and today the 17th I was informed they had no stock and will be refunded in 7 to 14days. Real horrible experience, definitely lost a customer
