Makro is unprofessional and hires people who don't care about their work.

Makro delivered wrong order. When I call them I'm being kept on hold till I run out of airtime. I get no updates from the store and it's been two weeks now. I can't believe a big store like Makro is so unprofessional firstly how can they even deliver a wrong order. I am so disappointed.
