MAKRO IS THE WORST TO SHOP FROM , DISGUSTING SERVICE

on the 11th of Jan i went to shop online at makro and there was a fridge marked for R999.00 SAVE R10 000.00 , i had purchased and made payment my order went through and i got confirmation the same time that my order is confirmed . today morning when i go to track my order then i see makro had cancelled order and then sent me a mail that states " YOUR RETURN REQUEST HAS BEEN REFUNDED " I quickly contacted makro call centre and asked them why did they cancel my order because i did not request for the order to be cancelled , i was first told by one agent(Francinah ) because of no stock , however i said i need the fridge so make a note when makro have stock to deliver to me ,then i called again and spoke to ( Zanele) thats when she said that Makro online team advertised incorrectly righfully it is not my problem so i said that they will have to deliver the goods i ordered its they internal error nothing to do with me , firstly they **** and said no stock , then **** about the return refund just to cover they dept , i then spoke to ( Siphiso the supervisor) and he was so rude to me he mentioned " you will not get the fridge , we will not give you the fridge for 1000 " yet it is not my problem i got pictures of the pricing stating it was on promotion also i got pictures where makro said my order was confirmed i still did not recieve the refund , i will appreciate if Hellopeter can asssit me in this matter in me getting the fridge
