Makro is the worst to buy appliances from

After 20 days still no working tumble drier or money back from Makro. They do not lock your service request to Defy and do not give you feedback. Now 6 days after I eventually got Defy at my place to look at the brand new tumble drier delivered faulty. They confirmed manufacturing problem and reported it to Makro as proof to them that its faulty, but still Makro has not given me a new tumble drier or proof that they are going to refund me.Its been raining and for 20 days after buying a tumble drier I had not even 1second of a working tumble drier, only lots of phone calls to Makro, driving 50km to the branch ext without any success of a tumble drier or refund. DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO, unless you do not want service.
