Makro is the Worst place to buy Anything

I went to Makro Germiston to buy a new Oven, Hob and Smoke Hood

The sales lady tried her best to get me the best deal available.

I did not think that it will take 45min to get my stock in order to pay.

1) The lady that had to go and fetch the stock was more worried about the current conversation than fetching my equipment

2)After telling them that I want to be out of this store in the next 5 minutes there still was no worry regarding the efficiency to fetch 3 items.

3) after about 10min the wrong stock was fetched

4) I approached the supervisor which did not really seam to care about what happens on the floor as he was too busy on the floor

5) eventually the correct stock came again. 30min later than the anticipated 5min

6) The till struggled to load the correct codes to pay for the Equipment that I regret buying at Makro

7) The lady that caused the main delay then kept on following me out. as I told her along the way frustrating me more as she did not listen to leave me alone.

I highly regret buying a item from Makro and at the price I paid for these items. I should off just walked away and spend that amount.

I would rather go the Hirsch's and pay the R1000 more for the service.
