Makro is the worst online store, with the worst customer service.

I bought this washing machine 1 month ago, I received a very damaged washing machine. I have been trying to get them for almost 4 weeks to collect the damaged washing machine and deliver a new one. I have made 4 calls each week escalating the matter, but all I get told is that they are escalating the matter and they are sorry for the inconvenience, but once they hang up the phone, I receive absolutely no communication or feedback. This is the worst service I have ever received. I will never purchase anything from Makro ever again.
