Makro is the worst online store ever. Stay away!

Makro is the worste online yrading store ever. Dont ever buy online from them. We ordered cooldrinks from them on Black Friday. Itd has not been delivered to date. We have called 10 times with no resolution. They told us 3 weeks ago the courier called but we have no missed calls. They just tell us they will escalate. We called again and asked for a manager. Waited 26 min with no manager.
