Makro is the worst online shopping, use Takealot or Amazon instead.

Makro has the worst online shopping service. Still waiting for the order that was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd of December. Christmas food for my kids,used my last money to order some goodies for my family only to be disappointed by Makro...disappointing my kids. I should have used takealot, they delivered same day. Makro useless and now they dragging their them feet to cancel that stupid order and refund me. Makro does not know consumer rights clearly....they should be taught a lesson.
