Makro is the worst!!!!!!

Ordered a couch from Makro on 28 August 2026. Delivery scheduled for 11 September from external supplier as advised later. Supplier called me directly on 11 September 2026 and told me that the order was cancelled by Makro. I was not aware of this, nor did I initiate a cancellation as I was still expecting delivery.

After many service whatsapps, nobody could confirm a delivery date or explain why the order was cancelled.

The last service consultant just told me bluntly the cancellation and refund was started and I should expect a refund during which can only be processed during week days.

Makro is the worst ever with service delivery.
