MAKRO IS THE WORST! DO NOT USE THEM!

I have ordered from Makro on the 27th of August 2022 on their online store and the estimated delivery time was 7-10 days. It is way past that time now and I have still haven’t received my order. I have called your contact centre multiple times and I was told that my matter was going to be escalated but I still haven’t received a call back. This is a birthday present for tomorrow, the 12th of September, what do you all expect me to do now?! The order number is MAK*** and I expect it to be delivered tomorrow! The reference for my last call is *** and I spoke with an agent called Ntsiki who was supposed to call me back, I would also like to raise a complaint against her as I emphasised how urgent this matter is as it is a birthday present! This has caused an emotional and financial strain on me. Better yet, a tape pull of our conversation is what I want!
