MAKRO IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

#*** as previously mentioned Makro have ****** my money and I can get nothing done about it. I placed an on-line order on 14 July 2022, for R7999 and paid with my credit card. They cancelled the order saying they have no stock, and said they would refund via the same method of payment, which they didnt. They credited my on-line profile and on the 16th August they confirmed that they had refunded my bank account by EFT which has never been received. I have incurred interest charges on my credit card because of this and spent hours on my cell phone trying to get it sorted out. Impossible - Janie promised that Tendi would phone me today - of course noone phoned. MAKRO HAVE BASICALLY ****** MY MONEY. I want my money back
