Makro is the worst

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution from Makro SA regarding my recent online purchase. I received a defective item and promptly logged a return request. However, despite a week passing, I have yet to receive any response or resolution. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be making any future online purchases from Makro, as the experience has proven to be more of a hassle than it is worth.
