Makro is the worst

The worst service I have ever had they deliver everything separately.. I bought furniture so not sure about other items... I bought 2 desks they were dispatched together but only one was delivered I had to constantly call to ask about the other desk finally after 3 weeks after purchasing it I received it ... I also bought 2 gaming chairs one was delivered and I'm still waiting for the other one I repeatedly call to no avail it's been 1 month since purchasing.. there customer service is pathetic and now that I want a refund I have to not only wait 14 days for them to pay it back but it has to be approved by management... when I ask to speak to a manager they are not available... I will never ever buy there again
