Makro is THE WORST/****

Worst business to purchase online from. I purchased a phone online last week Sunday and it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. It never came and I never got a call back from the driver as he was rejecting my calls. I've been calling Makro everyday since and they still haven't helped me get my package. I get no response to emails. What a **** show. At this point, this is theft and I should take legal action.
