Makro is the worst

I ordered a fridge on the 26th of December 2022. It was handed to the courier on the 29th. I have called Makro twice and even went into the store to try and find info on the delivery. No one can give me any details regarding when the fridge will finally arrive. I urgently need this fridge. I understand that getting reimbursed will take 10 days. How am I supposed to function without a fridge for another 10 days? This is not treating customers fairly. I paid and they are not honouring their part of the transaction. I intend to log a complaint with the Ombud today.
