Makro is the worst!

I purchased a Bench Urban Stride Walking treadmill (OD***) on 30 April 2026, which now needs to be fixed. I called the call centre, and they arranged for pickup. Then I got a call from the driver from their courier company saying I must come and meet him on the main road; he's not coming in. When they delivered my order, it wasn't an issue; now that they have to come and collect it all of a sudden, they can't come into my area.
