MAKRO IS THE WORST!!!

If I could give a NO STAR RATING - I WOULD!!! It's my first and LAST time ordering something from Makro online. My order was placed on the 25th of August. Today is the 5th of September, and still no delivery. After numerous attempts reaching out to the Makro team via Email and Phone Call. All feedback I was given was that they will TRY to send my order. On Friday the 2nd of September, I've had enough of Makro and their TERRIBLE Customer service. I sent a mail to them AGAIN, asking about my order. They phoned me and apologized about the delay claiming that they WILL send the order the same day or the Next day (Saturday the 3rd of September)

So again, Monday the 5th, NO FEEDBACK, NO DELIVERY!!!!

SUPER DISAPPOINTED , so I asked my money back. I will buy my Appliances from someone else, even if it's more expensive!!!

I will keep on giving Makro the WORST review ever, until I get my refund. R4000.00 is NOT small change!

SHAME ON YOU MAKRO!!!!
