Makro is the worst!!!!
Makro online extremely terrible service. I bought a heater and it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday but no word from them. Everytime I call they say they are escalating the matter and they will get back to me which they never do. It seems like Makro themselves do not know what is happening with the order and they are refusing to cancel it and refund me my money. Supper annoyed 😡 as I thought it was a reliable company but it is not!!!

Do you know the stress you are causing us with your incompetence??? You are very unreliable for such a big company!!! I hope people can learn from this experience and never order from you again!!!!😡
